Belli automates the full AWB lifecycle, from creation and validation through distribution across all stations. AWBs are generated against booking data, checked against IATA standards and sent to the relevant parties without manual intervention.

Stock Allocation LH

AWB Stock Allocation allows airlines to generate and allocate AWB number ranges directly to agents. The system automatically tracks each agent’s assigned, used, and remaining stock as bookings are made. Agents can be configured for automatic or manual AWB assignment, with the option to automatically generate new numbers when their stock runs out or prevent further bookings.

Creation

Air waybills can be easily be created from the Air Waybill dashboard. Effortlessly capture shipment information, flight specifications and customer details.

Amendments

Air waybills can be changed prior to acceptance and any amendments will be reflected on the customer's invoice.

Audit Log

All user changes are captured in an audit log and can easily be exported.

CCA Process

Belli offers a dedicated process for changes after acceptance. These require a layer of approval and will be reflected on the customer's invoice.

SShipment Tracking

Belli uses a flight monitoring interface to monitor all flights and quickly track key information, including scheduled and actual departure times.
