Switching cargo systems shouldn't mean grounding operations while data moves. Belli's scrape and sync tool pulls historical AWBs and flight data into a staging environment while keeping a live sync running against current bookings, so nothing gets dropped mid-transition. Your team validates and reconciles during a short cutover window, typically 2 weeks to 1 month, before traffic switches over to production. Most carriers are fully live within 8 to 12 weeks, even accounting for complex items like rates, embargo logic, and integrations; very large fleets may run closer to 3 months.

Go-live and hypercare

Belli's rollout is hands-on. A team member is on-site during implementation, training your staff directly and working through every workflow until you're live, typically about a month for a mid-sized fleet. After go-live, support is included in your subscription, not billed separately.

Adoption risk and outsourced handlers

Most airlines do not handle their own cargo, which makes ground handlers the hardest part of any rollout. Belli removes most of that risk: handlers keep working in their own systems and exchange standard IATA messages with us, so there is no new tool to adopt. Where handlers do work in Belli, we run acceptance testing at each project milestone and prove the workflow at one or two high-volume stations before extending the rollout.
